Customer Charter

We are committed to delivering a quality product as well as providing customer service to assist you in the home buying process.

 

  • We will provide you with information on our development prior to you reserving a property
  • Whilst visiting and living on our developments, information will be provided to you on Health and Safety
  • We will provide you with detailed information about your new property and our professional after-sales customer service
  • We will give you regular updates on the progress of construction, exchange of contracts and legal completion, and respond efficiently to any queries that may arise.
  • Prior to occupation you will be invited to view your home and given a full home demonstration.
  • On completion you will be given all guarantees and warranties for your home.
  • Upon moving in, we will ensure you have important information such as appliance manuals, manufacturers’ warranties and installation certificates.
  • We will provide you with information on our Customer Service procedure for after sales, including emergency contact details.

 

QUALITY

Before moving in, your home will undergo a thorough Westhaven Homes Quality Inspection, along with ICW Final Completion Inspection. We have thoughtfully chosen high-quality products for your new home. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a two-year warranty as well as an ICW 10-Year Structural Warranty.

 

ICW 10 Year Warranty

Your new home has the benefit of a 10 Year ICW warranty, which protects against the unlikely event of structural defects. The full details of this cover are available online.

During the first two years of your ownership, Westhaven Homes are responsible for any defects in materials or workmanship in your new home.

The Westhaven Homes and ICW Warranties do not cover general wear and tear, storm damage, condensation, normal shrinkage, or damage arising from a failure to maintain and service the property.
