The structure, foundations and roofing of your home are covered for 10 years by the NHBC New Home Warranty. This gives you the peace of mind expected for a new home.
The first 2 years of the guarantee will be covered by Westhaven Homes where we will cover all items from water leaks and electrical faults to sticking windows and doors. Your appliances, boilers, cylinders, windows, doors etc will be covered by a manufacturing guarantee which may range from 2 years to 10 years depending on the item.
This will all be explained during the handover meeting and also within a handover pack within your new home.
