As soon as we have completed the Pre Completion Inspection and we are confident the Westhaven high standards have been adhered to, we will arrange a Handover meeting with you at your new home. During this meeting we will demonstrate how everything works from setting the heating and hot water, using the appliances, and locations of utility meters and stop taps.
We will also explain how the first 2 years of your 10 year NHBC warranty is covered by Westhaven Homes and how it works with regards to what is covered. Any questions you may have can also be answered at this time.
