Just over three years ago we decided to down size from our very old family home in Pinhoe, Exeter. We had been looking at smaller houses that would suit ourselves and our pets, without much success .
One day I contacted a local Estate Agent about a house in Pinhoe, he told me it was under offer. He then asked me what we were after. That is when we were introduced to Westhaven Homes. We decided to buy the house on the day we viewed it.
We are now happily living in our brand new home and loving it. The house is built to a very high standard, and we have very few snagging problems to deal with. Any problems we have had, have been dealt with efficiently and to our satisfaction.

It is said when you go into a house you know within a few minutes if it's the right one. We had this feeling as soon as we viewed the house, even before is was completed. The build quality is 1st class, the materials used are top notch, the design is admired by many people and the few teething problems we experienced were soon sorted by Simon & Ian (nothing was too much trouble).
