Simon Green
Simon is the Managing Director at Westhaven Homes and has over 30 year’s experience in all areas of the homebuilding industry.
Prior to forming Westhaven Homes in 2008, Simon qualified as a civil engineer and worked on many commercial and residential projects. Simon made the transition to site management with Westbury Homes in 2000 and subsequently joined Taylor Wimpey in 2003. During his time at Taylor Wimpey, Simon achieved NHBC, national and regional quality and customer care awards on new build developments in Tiverton, Tavistock, Torrington and Exeter.
Simon is hands-on with regards to the design and planning process and manages the Design Team to ensure each developement is unique and compliments the exacting standards required within the business. Westhaven Homes pride themselves in designing unique and innovative homes that sit comfortably in their environment. Simon is passionate about building premier specification homes that are second to none.
Design and Planning Team
We are very fortunate to work alongside some of the best architects, engineers and planning consultants in the industry, who all share the same ethos as Westhaven. We select each individual consultant to assist us in our unique approach to designing our developments. A meticulous approach is taken to ensure our homes meet all the Westhaven criteria before moving forward with each development scheme.
Construction Team
Our site construction teams are carefully selected and have worked with Simon on various projects for the last 15 years. From our bricklayers and carpenters to our decorators and ceramic tilers, our highly qualified tradesman deliver a quality of finish that is renowned within the industry.
Our attention to detail during the construction process is exemplary.
